Age requirements for Piercing

• Must be 18 and have accompanying photo I.D.

 • Minors can be pierced with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian must provide the minors’ birth certificate and photo I.D. and the I.D. for themselves and proof of guardianship. The parent/guardian and the miner will also be required to fill out a client consent form.

• As strange as it may seem to have to include this, NO! genital piercings will be performed on a minor – and yes this includes nipple piercings on a minor that’s close to 18 years of age but not. YES! We do get asked to do this and NO! We will not under any circumstance.
