Age Requirements for Tattoos

• Must be 18 and have accompanying photo I.D. 

• Minors can be tattooed with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian must provide the minor’s birth certificate and photo I.D., and the I.D. for themselves and proof of guardianship. The parent/guardian and the minor will also be required to fill out a client consent form.

• We reserve the right to refuse any tattoo on any person, but especially on a minor.
